Custom POM or Acrylic Plate Service

Custom plate cutting service

• Custom laser cut POM or acrylic plate, roughly 1.5-1.6mm material thickness. 
• POM plates will be sanded both sides to remove burn stains from laser. 

Acrylic is a stiffer material that results in a "crisper" sound signature, but it is a brittle material and very thin cuts are not recommended. Please make sure your plate design takes this into consideration if choosing this option. 

*Important: Please ensure your file is correct before submission. It will only be visually reviewed before cutting. If any outstanding issues are found, you'll be contacted before fabrication begins. Orders are final and cannot be cancelled once fabrication starts.
