Returns
If there’s an issue with an order, please email support@dustyacorns.com as soon as possible.
Standard Items
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Made-to-Order / Customized Items
- Customized items are made specifically per order and cannot be returned for standard refunds.
- If a customized item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, it will be replaced or remade at no additional cost to the customer.
- Items are carefully packaged, but unforeseen shipping damage may occur. Please report any damage promptly to support@dustyacorns.com so a replacement can be arranged quickly.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method if approved.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not posted, please contact support@dustyacorns.com.
