Shipping Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products and small-scale operations, shipping is currently limited to the United States and Canada. As the business continues to grow, additional regions will gradually be added to the shipping network.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard items typically ship within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
  • Made-to-order or customized items require additional build time before shipping. Estimated lead times are listed in each product description.
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, and destination.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Multiple Packages / Split Shipments

  • For orders containing multiple items or larger/heavier products, your order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
  • Each package will be provided with its own tracking number, and customers will receive notifications as each package is dispatched.
  • Shipping costs reflect the combined shipment and are calculated at checkout; no additional charges are applied for multiple packages.

Damaged Shipments

  • Every effort is made to package items securely, though shipping damage may occasionally occur.
  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact support@dustyacorns.com promptly with photos of the item and packaging so a replacement or resolution can be arranged.

Future Expansion

  • Shipping to additional international regions is planned for the future as operations scale. Updates will be announced once new regions are added.
